From UX research into human factors

UX research trained me to listen for unmet needs and to ship evidence into product decisions. Human factors asks for the same curiosity with tighter coupling to cognition, control, and safety.

Methods overlap — interviews, observation, prototyping — but the stakes and timescales differ. An industrial or driving context can turn a “delight” miss into a hazard.

This journal is where I keep reading notes and half-formed questions at that intersection, especially around HAT performance and autonomous systems.
